Our Story

  • It started with a question: What would it look like to take up more space and show up bold and unapologetically?

    From that vision, no cream in this coffee® was born. Our Founder, Shanae Brown, a former HRBP, launched a movement in 2020 that resonated with countless professionals navigating workplace issues that had gone unaddressed for far too long. This movement not only inspired them to walk into every room like they belonged—it also equipped them with the tools and skills to back it up.
